Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel contract at any time up to 14 days after receiving goods.

To do this customer have to e-mail us: Customer do not have to give us any reasons for cancellation. However, We will appreciate little explanation.

Customer must return cancelled products within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us at own expense.

Customer must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Goods must be be in the condition you received it, in it`s original and intact packaging.

We will refund all costs paid to us by you including any postage within 14 days.

We are not liable for any loss earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any damaged items reported to us after two working days. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if products are faulty or miss described.



Collins Cash and Carry operate a 30 day returns policy (after the day the item is received) under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations

All returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us via email stating your order ID.

All returns must be in the condition you received it, in it`s original and intact packaging.

We recommend a tracked service for returned items as any that are lost in transit will not be refunded.

Items returned must be in the same condition as received, including packaging.

Postage costs for returned unwanted items are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item.

Please include your Order ID in returned package as failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your refund.
